Pro Motion Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Fees:
Initial Exam and 1st Treatment:
The Initial Exam and first treatment, which may be comprised of neurological, orthopedic, and functional movement testing, begins at $150.00. This is a "time of service" price. It may take up to an hour to complete. Please plan your schedule accordingly. Typically, treatment immediately follows the exam. If diagnostic imaging is required, treatment will be suspended until imaging has been completed and evaluated.
The 1st Treatment is comprised of a 30-minute session which may include an adjustment, soft tissue work, and/or rehab exercises. We have a sizeable number of patients who come to see Dr. King strictly for Active Release Technique (ART), McKenzie MDT, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), or some other aspect of treatment and do not partake of chiropractic manipulation. We are happy to oblige those patients who are only interested in our physiotherapy services.
Follow Up Treatments:
This 30-minute visit, with a "time of service" price of $75.00, includes an adjustment and/or whatever therapy Dr. King deems necessary. As mentioned above, we have a sizeable number of patients who come to see Dr. King strictly for Active Release Technique (ART), McKenzie MDT, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), or some other aspect of treatment and do not partake of chiropractic manipulation. We are happy to oblige those patients who are only interested in our physiotherapy services.
NO INSURANCE NEEDED!
Pro Motion's chiropractic fee schedule reflects our goal to provide the same great service to all of our patients. We require time-of-service payments by all patients. We do not take any types of insurance. We have found that more and more insurances have a co-pay at or higher than our chiropractic treatment fee, and deductibles are so high that in the typical 6 or 10 visits to our offices for a complaint, the deductible will never be reached. Insurances have strict guidelines that frequently have a negative impact on care for chiropractic patients. This is unacceptable to us. We strive to provide only the best care for our patients.
Dr. King will accept Worker’s Compensation and Auto Accident/Personal Injury claims, though these claims will be billed at the regional maximums.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
While cash is the preferred method of payment, Pro Motion accepts HSA Healthcare and Flexible spending accounts, as well as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and check.
